The problem

SaaS GTM in India isn't US SaaS GTM in saris.

The Indian SaaS market has a different cost structure, different buyer behaviour, different price sensitivity. Most SaaS founders import a US playbook, run it for 18 months, then wonder why CAC didn't recover. The motion has to be built for the market.
