Representative anonymised scenario

The scenario

≈72 sqm island

an Indian 2W EV brand exhibiting vehicles and seeking fleet and dealer deals

This is a representative, anonymised scenario built from common exhibition challenges - not a named client engagement. Outcomes described are illustrative.

How we would approach it

From brief to a stand that works

The problem

A high-footfall vehicle stand that risks becoming spectacle without capture; the need to talk volume with fleets and dealers; and keeping the stand moving instead of jamming.

The concept

Stage the vehicles as heroes with generous flow, and build a quieter fleet/dealer deal zone where volume conversations happen.

Layout

Island with vehicles staged for all-round viewing, wide circulation to prevent jams, and a fleet/dealer meeting zone tucked to one side with reception scanning.

Visual language

Energetic but clean brand styling, vehicles as the visual centre, clear wayfinding.

Lighting

Bright, dynamic light on the vehicles; calmer light in the deal zone.

Visitor flow

Footfall draws to vehicles → reception scans fleet and dealer contacts → deal zone for volume conversations → tagged commercial lead.

Lead hand-off

CardToDeal capture at reception, leads tagged fleet vs dealer vs consumer, routed into a VynDeal pipeline with commercial follow-up.

Illustrative outcome

In this illustrative model, a busy vehicle stand that still produces a structured fleet-and-dealer pipeline rather than just a crowd.

Capture & pipeline

A booth is only worth what you do with the leads.

The most expensive mistake at any show is a stack of visiting cards that never gets worked. We design the capture into the stand.

Design the booth. Capture the visitor. Move the deal.

01 - Design

Quiamo builds the booth as a temporary sales environment - positioning, flow and storytelling working together.

02 - Capture

CardToDeal turns every visiting card into a structured lead record at the stand - no manual typing.

03 - Convert

VynDeal moves each lead into a pipeline with follow-up rhythm, quotes and opportunity tracking.

Booth design by Quiamo - lead capture with CardToDeal - pipeline follow-up with VynDeal.
