Representative anonymised scenario

The scenario

≈36 sqm peninsula

a European EV powertrain-component maker exhibiting at an Indian e-mobility show

This is a representative, anonymised scenario built from common exhibition challenges - not a named client engagement. Outcomes described are illustrative.

How we would approach it

From brief to a stand that works

The problem

Small, technical components that look insignificant on a shelf; two audiences (fleet/commercial and OEM engineers); and the need to ship demo units through customs while protecting a precise European brand finish.

The concept

Magnify the technology and split the stand for two audiences - a visual hook for the walk-by and a technical nook for the design-in conversation.

Layout

Peninsula with a magnified hero component and live demo at the open front, a curated product family wall along the side, and a quiet technical nook with a spec screen at the back.

Visual language

Clean, European-minimal: restrained palette, precise finish, generous space, so the brand reads as engineering-led.

Lighting

Crisp directional light on the hero component and demo; even, calm light across the technical nook.

Visitor flow

Aisle sees the magnified hero and live demo → curious visitor scanned → engineer taken to the nook → integration conversation → tagged design-in lead.

Lead hand-off

CardToDeal capture at the hook, leads tagged fleet vs OEM, routed into a VynDeal pipeline with different follow-up cadences per type.

Illustrative outcome

In this illustrative model, both audiences are served and separated, so neither the fast fleet lead nor the slow design-in conversation is lost.

Capture & pipeline

A booth is only worth what you do with the leads.

The most expensive mistake at any show is a stack of visiting cards that never gets worked. We design the capture into the stand.

Visiting card to worked pipeline, without the spreadsheet graveyard

Design the booth. Capture the visitor. Move the deal.

01 - Design

Quiamo builds the booth as a temporary sales environment - positioning, flow and storytelling working together.

02 - Capture

CardToDeal turns every visiting card into a structured lead record at the stand - no manual typing.

03 - Convert

VynDeal moves each lead into a pipeline with follow-up rhythm, quotes and opportunity tracking.
